One on One Coaching

Wherever you are in your practice, there is always value in connecting and exploring your experience. I love working one on one with people to figure out what is the best and most productive path to take. The teachings are so rich and varied, I’ve no doubt we can find what supports you best. Eight Week Class

We offer an eight week course based on Shinzen Young’s Unified Mindfulness’ core teachings. During the course you'll learn techniques to systematically strengthen your focus so you can be more present in your life, your work, and with the people you love. You'll explore UM techniques to discover the ones that are most meaningful to you, so you can apply them whenever you want to live a happier, healthier, more fulfilled life.

And you'll learn techniques that can be applied in any situation you can possibly think of.   They could help you make the most of a pleasant situation, like enjoying a hike through the woods.  Or they could help you manage a difficult one, like dealing with stress, burnout or difficult relationships with people in your life (including the relationship you have with yourself).

Maybe you're putting off making your daily sales calls, or maybe you'd like to be a better listener to your child, or maybe you're going for a run or standing in line at the grocery store. 

For any of these situations and all of them, there's a technique you can be practicing to heighten your fulfillment, lower your stress and improve your emotional well-being.
